Eastern Contra Costa County has been my home since 1989. My 14 years experience in the real estate industry has allowed me to sell and negotiate successful real estate transactions on my clients behalf. I hold a Realtor license issued by the California Department of Real Estate as a member in good standing.

My background also includes working 5 years in the escrow and title industry in an administrative capacity. The step-by-step knowledge of processing a successful closed escrow provides my clients an additional valuable service.

Since 1993, I have also been part-owner of Aguilar Property Inspections, a private building inspection firm. The inspections included assessment of overall and specific component condition for acquisition and sales and pre-sale properties.
